Managing your Orders / Prize Redemptions

Ensuring that your members receive their rewards may be one of the most crucial things you do as an admin. To see the orders that have been placed in your Hub, go to Manage > Orders. 
On the Orders page, you can more quickly find the orders you're looking for by using the search parameters at the top. 
You can also rearrange the table below by clicking any of the headers. This is a great way to quickly see all unfulfilled practice prizes, or sort orders from most recent to least recent. 
To view the invoice of an order, click the "Practice" receipt to the right of any order's row. 
To fulfill or void an order, click the order, then click Fulfill Order or Void Order on the page that appears.
