Resetting a Staff Member's Username and/or Password

Resetting a staff member's username and/or password is a simple process.

Hover over the "Users" tab at the top of your home page and select “Staff” from the drop-down menu.

Click on the name of the staff member whose profile you would like to edit.

Click “Edit Profile.”


Update their username and/or their password, then click “Save” to finish.
