Resetting a staff member's username and/or password is a simple process.
If you are updating your own account, click the "(my profile)" link in the top left to jump into your account.
Alternatively, if you are updating another staff member's account, hover the "Users" tab at the top of your home page and select “Staff” from the drop-down menu.
Click on the name of the staff member whose profile you would like to edit.
Click “Edit Profile.”
Update their username and/or their password, then click “Save” to finish. Please note that passwords must:
- Be at least 6 characters in length
- Have at least one alphabetical character and one numerical character
- Not contain any spaces
