Great teams deserve recognition! In the Hubbux app, fostering a culture of acknowledgment is easy. Let's explore how you can recognize outstanding efforts on behalf of your company, how team members can react to shout-outs, and how you can post announcements and updates.
To begin, navigate to Manage>Connect.
Once selected, you’ll discover three options:
- Add
- Feed
- Reports
Adding a Recognition Post
To add a new post, click on Add. If it’s a recognition post, follow these steps:
- Type in the name of the person you want to recognize.
- Choose from our custom images or upload your own.
- Write a message detailing why you are recognizing this person.
Click Post to share the recognition with the team.
Adding a Team Post
If you want to post an announcement or update, select Post instead of Recognition. Follow these steps:
- Choose the type of post.
- Upload an image (optional).
- Write your message.
- Click Post to share the update with all team members.
Feed
This is where you can view all of the posts and recognitions made by yourself and your team.
Tracking Activity with Reports
To keep track of member activity, including recognition given and received, click on Reports. You can filter by changing the date range in the top right corner of your screen to find the data that best suits your needs.
Engaging with Recognitions and Messages
Once a recognition or message is posted, team members can interact in multiple ways:
- Comments
Leave supportive messages for birthdays, achievements, or milestones to deepen connections.
- Reactions
Use the full emoji library to respond in a nuanced and appropriate way.
Engaged employees are happy employees, leading to a more positive and productive work environment.
