Here’s a quick list of the steps to launching your shiny new rewards program:
❏ Watch Training Videos
Staff Training Video: Everyone on your team should watch the Staff Training video to familiarize them with how to invite members to register their accounts, how to award points and send messages, and more. Here’s a quick link to the 11-minute Staff Training video
Admin Training Videos: Team members that will be responsible for managing the Hub’s referrals, leads, reviews, contests, surveys, social media, and more should watch the admin training videos applicable to the roles they’ll play in managing your rewards program. There are a lot of helpful tools in your Hub, but you don’t need to master all of them before you launch. Just bookmark this page so they’re at your fingertips when you’re ready to follow up on leads, publish your reviews, and more.
❏ Connect Your Social Accounts
Connecting your social accounts to your Hub allows your members to follow your accounts for points, direct members to your Google account to leave you a review, and post to Facebook, Instagram and more directly from the Hub. Here's how to get started:
- Link Your Google Account to the Hub, then activate your Reviews Automation
- Link your Facebook Account to your Hub, and activate the auto reward
- Link your Instagram Account to your Hub, and activate the auto reward
- Link your Twitter Account to your Hub, and activate the auto reward
- Link your Pinterest Account to your Hub, and activate the auto reward
❏ Edit Your Website
Let prospective customers know you have a rewards program by promoting it on the home page of your website. Then link this information to your Hub's microsite so that your rewards members have one URL to remember when they want to access their rewards program: yours.
We'll send you a graphic for your website home page, and a redirect URL so that you can forward this email to your designer. Target the date for your website edit to be live on the same day your rewards program launches.

❏ Add Your Rewards Members Into Your Hub
You can fill your new Hub with rewards members in one of three ways:
- Customer Management Software Integration. If your management software integrates with the Hub, we will schedule a time with you and your software provider to set this up approximately one week before your launch date.
- Member Data Upload. You can export your data from your management software and send it to us through a secure portal. We will prepare and import this data into your Hub before your launch date. Instructions will be sent to you about how this data should be formatted and sent.
- Manually Add Members. If you have a small number of members to begin with, or you don't have a database of members, you can add members into your Hub as you invite them to register for rewards.
Your Customer Success Advisor can advise you on the best way to add members to your Hub based on your situation. We recommend integrating or sending your data (if applicable) approximately one week before your launch date.
❏ Print Your Marketing Collateral
Customized marketing collateral is being designed for you, including:
- Program Guide. A 1-2-3 guide to your rewards program designed to be handed out to your rewards members.
- Announcement Flyer and Poster. An 8.5x11 flyer, and a 24x36 poster to introduce your new rewards program.
- Reviews, Referrals, and Social Media Flyers. 8.5x11 flyers to use in-office to encourage your rewards members to earn points for things that help your business grow.
- Social Media Post. A digital file you can post to your social media to announce your rewards program.
When completed, we will send you a link to print-ready files so you can download them and have them printed in-house or at your favorite printer just in time for your launch.

❏ Prepare to Launch!
Whether large or small, a launch event is a great way to introduce your rewards program to your members. We've had offices launch with treats placed next to a poster-sized announcement poster decorated with balloons and streamers, and others who have held launch parties with food trucks, bouncy houses and photo booths.
